ISPO Cold Water Surf Platform to run from January 24 - 27

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 January, 2016 - ISPO’s Cold Water Surf platform returns for its second edition, to provide associated brands with the only b2b community platform for surfing in Europe.

The Cold Water Surf platform is one of the newest of the action sports platforms at ISPO, and in its first outing in 2015 it proved to be a great success. Everyone from photographers, athletes, brands, retailers and media met at the platform each day to enjoy presentations, discussions and to network between meetings.

The CWS Platform represents an opportunity for brands to present new products and technologies that really differentiate themselves from the crowded surf fashion space. 

The CWS Platform is, like last year, in association with Patagonia and will serve as a meeting point, exhibition space and general hub for the Cold Water Surfing community at ISPO. Brands are given the chance to showcase their latest product innovations with visual presentations on the walls of the area.

Brands and other parties interested in CWS will be offered exhibition space grouped around a bar and exhibition space. Brands can take wall space within the CWS area or can book normal exhibition space near the platform.

There will be two presentations per day (one AM and one PM), as well as surf photography, art, café/bar, best CWS product (presented by Carve & Blue Magazine & Nordic Surfers Magazine) and title sponsor Patagonia will host an ambassador/expert conference discussing cold water technologies and innovation. Videos will be on shown from 6pm each evening.
