Surf Canada partners with for 2018 National Championship housing

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 16 February, 2018 -  Surf Canada, the national sports organization of Canada's newest Olympic sport, has partnered with to assist athletes and fans with housing for their 2018 championships.

Dom Domic, Surf Canada President, says “StayBillety works for our organization by giving athletes another housing option. They’ll save some money when traveling and make some money by hosting each other."

"Our sports’ communities are tightly connected.  StayBillety will help to strengthen those bonds.”

Sports-minded friends and fans with extra space register on StayBillety, list their homes and indicate  'Surf Canada' as 'Groups I Support’

“StayBillety helps athletes ease the expense of traveling when training and competing, both for development athletes and for elite athletes heading to the sport’s first Olympic games in Tokyo in 2020.” said StayBillety Founder/CEO Barbara Jones.

StayBillety is available throughout North America.  The Canadian start-up became the Official Online Accommodation Service CSA Surf Canada in 2017. The partnership serves the Canadian surfing, stand up paddleboard (SUP) and prone paddle communities, and the broader community of fans of these international sports.   

Surf Canada is solely responsible for selecting Surf, Stand-Up Paddle, and Prone Paddle athletes to compete at international events including the yearly ISA World Championships, PASA PanAm Surf Championships and every four years the PanAmerican Games and the Summer Olympics Games.
