'Mark is probably Australia's most calculated surfer when it comes to big wave surfing. Simply when the surf is at its biggest at any Australian location you would expect to see Mark out there.'' Mark Matthew'swon himself $20,000 cash & Tim won $3000 for the Shooters Award.

Out all the waves entered which was 40 individual entrants Marks wave was down to the best 6 waves. Tim Bonython will be featuring his footage in his Australian Surf Movie Festival touring in March & April.
